Condition on accommodation reservation confirmation

Client information

The accommodation detailed on this page has been booked for you by Airport2Lodge.com as an agent for the accommodation establishment and therefore any contract for the booking is between you and the accommodation establishment. Upon arrival, you should check that the accommodation is as booked, including type of board and price.

Should you fail to take up the accommodation by the time stated, without prior arrangement with the accommodation establishment, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. The accommodation establishment may also charge you a cancellation fee.

Whilst Airport2Lodge.com makes every effort to find suitable accommodation, it cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from this booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay in the accommodation establishment.

Please present the booking confirmation receipt to the hotel reception on arrival. The amount shown as deposit will be deducted from your bill. Please note that this booking receipt is only payable by Airport2Lodge.com to the aforementioned hotel and that any refunds must be obtained from the accommodation establishment in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Cancellations

A cancellation reference must be obtained if cancelling this reservation. Failure to obtain a cancellation reference number will result in a non-arrival charge or forfeiture of the deposit paid. Reservations must be cancelled within the hotels cancellation deadline, which may vary. Same-day reservation cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For bookings cancelled within the cancellation deadline, a cancellation fee may be charged.

Terms & Conditions

The transfer/s detailed on this page have been booked for you by Airport2Lodge.com as an agent for the transport operator and therefore any contract for the booking is between you and the transport operator. Upon arrival, you should check that the transfer is as booked, including type of vehicle and price. Payment will be collected immediately by the transport operator to guarantee the service using only the payment method provided by you.

Free pick up period

Free meeting, greeting and parking from airport, provided the passenger departs the airport within 60 minutes of landing. Further delays are charged at £5 for every 15 minutes or at hourly rates, if the waiting time exceeds an hour. (Flight delays are exempt from these charges).

Drop off charges for parking & assistance

For drop off, if passenger requires driver to park to assist with luggage, a minimum of £15 will be charged for up to 30 minutes and thereafter, an hourly rate will be applied (subject to driver’s time availability or a pre-booked notification)

Cancellations

To change or cancel your transfer booking go to airport2lodge.com . Cancelled reservations may be subject to a charge.

  1. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to pick up will not be charged.
  2. Cancellations made up to 24hours before pick up will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24hours prior to pick up will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please ensure that you contact Airport2Lodge at the time of pick up if you are unable to find your driver as failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Provided prices are per car in private transfers (minibus and car) and per person for shuttle transfers.
